## Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Overview
Join Nordea Capital Limited as an Administrative Assistant and become a key member of our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors
- Perform administrative duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
- Schedule and assign administrative projects, expediting work results to meet operational requirements
- Arrange travel for senior staff, including booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations
- Communicate professionally and courteously via phone, email, and mail
- Support team members through organizational and communication-related tasks
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
- Maintain equipment operation by completing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs, maintaining inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Answer questions and provide information to staff and visitors
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing/expediting orders
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
