## Title: National Service Personnel
Position Overview
A unique career opportunity is available for the right candidate. The National Service Person will undertake various administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, identifying and helping to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential clients, and supporting all business development activities of the company to ensure exponential revenue growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support business development ideas and strategies
- Support finance processes when assigned
- Assist in managing the company's social media platforms
- Assist in content writing (articles, newsletters, etc.) for marketing of company services
- Monitor the company's website and advise on abnormalities or improvements
- Assist in administrative duties such as responding to calls, drafting letters and correspondence
- Assist in statutory processes and administration to ensure compliance with relevant requirements
- Support pre-selection and shortlisting of candidates for all roles below management level
- Conduct research on assigned tasks and projects and provide timely feedback
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other team members on assigned tasks to produce suitable results
- Engage actively in training programs when the need arises
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Design and implement strategies to add value to the company
Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or HND from a recognized institution
- Relevant knowledge in data entry, data organization, and survey implementation
- Analytical and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
