Job Summary
The Marketing Data Analyst and Customer Retention Officer will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaign performance, generating insights to optimize future campaigns, and developing strategies to retain customers. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of customer behavior and marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Utilize analytical tools and software such as Excel, Marketing key performance templates, and Looker Studio to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on investment (ROI), conversion rates, and engagement metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign performance data to provide actionable insights
Campaign Optimization
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize ongoing and future marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Develop predictive models to forecast campaign performance and customer behavior
Customer Retention
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
