Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall business objectives
• Collaborate with senior management to align supply chain activities with sales forecasts, production schedules, and financial targets
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement within the supply chain
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs
• Lead procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services
• Implement supplier performance management processes to evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
