About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner Manager to ensure alignment between stakeholder business units and Finance operations. You will be the dedicated finance resource for assigned functional areas, managing stakeholder expectations while supporting the Line of Business (LoB) in a dynamic telecommunications environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the finance resource dedicated to assigned functional areas
• Provide support on planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Line of Business (LoB)
• Provide insights and challenge processes to ensure business plans are commercially robust from initiation
• Guide and advise internal clients on financial implications of actions and decisions
• Provide appropriate finance support to the LoB to create competitive advantage and enhance shareholder value
• Deliver decision support to the LoBs from a finance perspective
• Collaborate with Finance Centres of Excellence (CoE) and Opco Finance BPs to develop and implement integrated financial planning strategies
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect MTN business from potential losses
• Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements (e.g., disclosure and reporting)
• Foster a conducive, customer-focused environment aligned with MTN culture
• Liaise with divisional heads and managers to understand specific financial operations requirements
• Support business as the first point of contact for various Finance operational activities including taxation and payment processing
