The Position • Successful candidates shall be faculty members in the Department of Nursing and Midwifery of the School of Health and Allied Sciences, and shall be responsible to the Head of Department. • The candidate shall be required to teach courses in subject-specific areas, supervise students research projects/theses, provide professional mentorship to students, conduct and publish scholarly research, attend conferences, and attract grants. Qualification Required & Experience • PhD or MPhil graduate with specialization in nursing, midwifery, or related programmes. • Must possess the relevant teaching, research, and industry experience. • Must be available and able to serve a minimum of four (4) years on full-time. Terms Of Appointment • The appointment, which is full-time, shall be for four (4) years in the first instance, and may be renewed on periodic basis subject to satisfactory performance and other terms and conditions of the University College. • Salary and fringe benefits/conditions of service attached to the post are attractive.
