Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Specialist, Technical Accounting to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and transparency for the organization by adhering to accounting standards. This role will focus on providing technical accounting guidance and ensuring that financial reporting within the organization remains accurate and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance technical accounting capabilities and address complex technical accounting issues effectively
• Promote consistency in accounting treatments by collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Develop and implement robust accounting policies
• Perform post-implementation reviews of new accounting standards
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and emerging accounting developments
• Provide timely guidance and essential training to relevant team members
• Ensure team members are equipped to navigate and implement necessary adjustments effectively
