Key Responsibilities

• Plan menus while considering budget constraints and availability of seasonal ingredients
• Ensure all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner
• Maintain a strong understanding of nutrition and food health across different cuisines
• Requisition stock, supplies, materials, and equipment as needed
• Read and interpret recipes accurately
• Maintain impeccable food preparation and presentation standards

Requirements

• Training from a recognized culinary institution
• 3 or more years of proven culinary experience
• Expert multitasking skills
• Passion and pride in delighting people with food
• Exemplary work ethic and ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in English language
• Sound knowledge of different cuisines and food health practices
