Role & Responsibilities

• Input stock data into spreadsheets
• Record stock information in Sage Pastel
• Generate and raise invoices in Sage Pastel
• Monitor and check warehouse stock levels
• Assist with stock taking activities
• Maintain accurate stock level records

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• IT literacy and proficiency with computer systems
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Strong prioritization and time management skills

Qualifications

• Minimum: Diploma qualification

Location Requirements

The ideal candidate must reside in Tema and surrounding areas.
