Internal Audit Manager at PWC

Role Summary

Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit, the Internal Audit Manager will lead the internal audit function to ensure effective implementation of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes while maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Direct and oversee the activities of the internal audit department
• Conduct independent audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes across the organization
• Ensure all audit activities adhere to International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA Standards)
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports, findings, and recommendations to the Audit Committee and senior management

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in auditing
• Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CIA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or CISA
