About the Position

GIU International Christian Academy is seeking a self-motivated and experienced teacher to join our qualified team of educators. As a teacher, you will be responsible for cultivating students' interest in education and fostering their development. You will create an engaging learning environment where students can thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments
• Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning
• Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment
• Grade homework, assignments, and tests in a timely manner
• Evaluate and document students' progress throughout the academic term
• Plan and implement educational activities and events
• Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and semester report cards
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress to families
• Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations
• Maintain a clean and orderly classroom environment

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience teaching IGCSE and A-Level Accounting and Business at an international curriculum school
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Business from a university
