## Title: Hydraulic Mining Shovel Mechanic
Position Overview
Mantrac Ghana LTD is seeking experienced Hydraulic Mining Shovel Mechanics to join our team in Accra.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum MVT/MET Part 1 certification
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on post-qualification experience with Earth Moving Heavy Equipment and/or Drill Rigs
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical literature
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ghanaian driver's license (Class BE) minimum requirement
- Strong understanding and practical usage of CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET) software
- Experience with Caterpillar Field Service (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Perform maintenance and repair operations on hydraulic mining shovels
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy and dirty environments
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent reading and writing skills
