About the Role

Asante Akyem Rural Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and develop strategic relationships with Departmental Heads. You will provide comprehensive human resources support to advance the bank's professional HR mandate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all human resources functions across the organization

• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum of five years of post-qualification professional experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
• Age requirement: Not more than 45 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional qualification in a related field
