HR Business Partner – Northern Sector at Ernest Chemists Limited

About the Role

Ernest Chemists Limited, a leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional to join its team. You will be based in the Kumasi office, serving as the primary HR contact and overseeing day-to-day HR operations across the Ashanti and northern sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point HR contact for the business units
• Manage administrative services and transport operations
• Oversee employee hiring, performance management, development, retention, and engagement initiatives
• Manage headcount, budget, and cost controls
• Handle grievance management and employee relations
• Drive implementation of Group HR policies across all regions
• Manage compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Provide business-driven, proactive HR advice to support business growth and profitability

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Human Resources
