Hose Technician at Mantrac Ghana LTD

About the Role

Mantrac Ghana LTD is seeking a skilled Hose Technician to join our team in Accra. This is a full-time engineering position responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic hose systems for heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble all types of hoses to CAT specification
• Reuse care reusable fittings following reuse and salvage guidelines as set out in the Service Information System (SIS)
• Repair and maintain hydraulic hoses on all machines
• Carry out audit inspections and hydraulic diagnosis on all machines
• Install and repair hose tooling and accessories
• Undertake regular contamination control audits

Required Qualifications

• Minimum HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or MVT III)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in hose rebuilding in Mining, Engineering, or Construction

Required Skills & Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong numerical skills
• Good time management skills
• Good IT skills
• Valid driving license (Class B or higher)
