Head, MML Technology & Information at MTN Ghana

Job Summary

We are seeking a Head of MML Technology & Information to lead the technology strategy and roadmap for MML. This role encompasses leadership in designing, developing, implementing, integrating, testing, qualifying, and ensuring security and privacy standards. You will provide oversight for the deployment, performance, and usage of Information Technology (IT) assets, infrastructure, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical aspects of MML's strategy to ensure alignment with business goals, including technology strategy, related budgets, direction, structure, frameworks, models, plans, and roadmaps
• Discover and implement new technologies, including blockchain technology, that yield competitive advantage and profitable outcomes
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Monitor KPIs and MML's IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Use stakeholder feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and stakeholders (internal and external)
• Develop cutting-edge software solutions to optimize business operations
• Manage the installation and configuration of software solutions
• Resolve software deployment and integration errors
• Document processes and technical procedures
