About the Role
The Head of Member Experience & Growth is responsible for driving the Chartered Institute of Bankers – Ghana's strategic objectives through innovative marketing, exceptional member experience, and sustainable membership growth.
This role leads initiatives to expand and retain membership across students, members, fellows, and other stakeholders, while enhancing brand visibility, digital presence, and stakeholder engagement. The position oversees strategic partnerships, media relations, and flagship programmes including Bankers' Week, CPD initiatives, and the Banking Academy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute integrated marketing, enrolment, and growth strategies aligned with the Institute's strategic plan
- Implement digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and engagement
Membership Development
- Drive student and professional enrolment through targeted outreach to tertiary institutions and banks
- Enhance membership retention and engagement through innovative programmes and events
Branding & Visibility
- Design impactful branding strategies to strengthen the Institute's market presence
- Organize thought leadership events, webinars, and student fairs
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, fellows, students, and external partners
- Manage MOUs with tertiary institutions to support student enrolment
Member Experience
- Lead initiatives to improve member satisfaction and involvement in Institute activities
- Oversee events such as Bankers' Week and Member Connect
Programme Oversight
- Collaborate on CPD programme design and delivery
- Manage Banking Academy operations and partnerships
- Lead media relations initiatives
