Position Overview

GT Bank's Corporate Banking Division is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage key corporate client relationships and drive business growth through strategic account management and cross-selling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key relationships and cultivate strong rapport with corporate customers
• Position the Bank as the preferred banking partner for corporate clients
• Acquire new corporate customers for loans, deposits, and trade finance products
• Perform credit reviews and proactively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition
• Implement appropriate risk management strategies
• Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities to enhance the Bank's wallet share
• Maintain high professional standards and provide quality service
• Mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications

• University degree with a minimum of second-class lower classification
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in the food & beverage or commodities industry
