Graduates Trainee Programme at AmaliTech

About the Programme

AmaliTech recruits graduates into the Graduate Trainee Programme regularly to undergo free training in IT and Digital skills. This programme offers diverse employment pathway opportunities for graduates with IT/digital-related backgrounds who are willing to be enrolled in our Training Academy for intensive upskill training.

Programme Structure

The training programme is available online and self-paced with instructor support. Trainees have a maximum of eight (8) months to complete the training curriculum and one (1) month to complete a mandatory capstone project. Fast and more experienced trainees may complete the entire training curriculum and capstone project in as little as three (3) months.

Career Outcomes

After successful completion of the training programme, you will be offered an employment pathway. Please note that accepting our employment offer is not mandatory.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, or Engineering
• Familiarity with Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming from undergraduate studies
• Strong interest and temperament for Computer Programming
• Completion of or about to complete National Service

Preferred Qualifications

• Good working knowledge in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, or Python)
• Previous software development or data analytics experience
