Graduate Trainee Programme at AmaliTech

About This Programme

AmaliTech recruits graduates into the AmaliTech Training Programme to undergo free training in IT and Digital skills, offering diverse employment pathway opportunities. The Graduate Trainee Programme is open to graduates with IT and digital-related backgrounds who are willing to enroll in our Training Academy for intensive upskill training in IT and digital career opportunities.

Programme Structure

The training programme is available online and self-paced with instructor support. Trainees have a maximum of eight (8) months to complete the training curriculum and one (1) month to complete a mandatory capstone project. Fast and more experienced trainees may complete the entire training curriculum and capstone project in as little as three (3) months.

Employment Pathway

After successful completion of the training programme, you will be offered an employment pathway. Please note that accepting our offer for employment is not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, or Engineering
• Familiarity with Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming during undergraduate studies
• Strong interest and temperament for Computer Programming
• Must have completed or be about to complete National Service

Preferred Qualifications

• Good working knowledge in at least one programming language (especially Java, JavaScript, or Python)
• Previous software development or data analytics experience
