## Title: Front Office Manager

About the Role

Kinno Hotel, a luxurious destination, is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front office operations and guest services
  • Manage front office staff and ensure exceptional service standards
  • Handle guest relations and resolve complaints professionally
  • Implement and maintain service protocols and operational procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of front office management experience in a four-star or above hotel
  • Minimum 2 years as Assistant Front Manager or Front Office Manager
  • Pre-opening experience, including system setup and service standard formulation
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Opera PMS and CRM/revenue tools such as IDeaS
