## Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor

A three-star hotel located in the Eastern Region of Ghana is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Coordinate and supervise activities of food and beverage staff to provide high-value services to guests
Assist in the training of the food and beverage team on a regular basis in liaison with the Food & Beverage Manager
Maintain full knowledge of all menu items being served
Ensure that all beverage write-offs and breakages are signed off by the F&B cost controller and F&B Manager on a regular basis
Ensure that all food and beverage complementary bills are posted, settled, and signed off by relevant managers on a daily basis
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests
Supervise the food and beverage team in all aspects of the department and ensure standard operating procedures are followed
Submit monthly reports on food and beverages to the Food & Beverage Manager
Maintain high grooming standards for the food and beverage team
Assist the F&B Manager in conducting periodic performance reviews for the food and beverage team
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager

Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent from a recognized academic institution in Ghana
Culinary training is an advantage

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position in a 3-star hotel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Uncompromising integrity and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, compliance, and discipline
Prepared to work long hours and as duty demands
