Job Purpose

• Serve as the principal point of contact between the business and its customers
• Support customers by selling products and meeting ancillary needs

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to target markets under the marketing department's guidance
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
• Reach out with product information to customers and encourage purchases
• Manage customer enquiries and escalate unresolved concerns
• Relay customer insights to aid in developing company products
• Maintain accurate sales records
• Meet personal and team sales targets

Required Qualifications

• WASSCE, Diploma, HND, or Degree in any field
