## Title: Operations Manager
Position Overview
Fiagya Rural Bank PLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our organization in Nkoranza, Bono-East Region.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Minimum of First Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
- Higher or professional qualifications are advantageous
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in Banking
- Minimum of 5 years as an Operations Manager or Branch Manager
- Knowledge and experience in managing Susu activities is advantageous
Key Requirements and Skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to maintain concentration and multitask effectively
- Capacity to flourish and operate in a team environment
- Comprehensive and practical knowledge of relevant banking laws and regulations
- Ability to make sound financial decisions
- Advanced understanding of allocated area's operation activities, methods, rules, and processes
- Computer literacy with proficiency in T24 Banking software
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to local conditions
- Minimum age requirement: 35 years
