Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra, Spintex. The Engineering Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and prepare sales proposals
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with the engineering team to align product offerings with market demands
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to product development
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the engineering or construction materials industry
- Understanding of technical product specifications and the ability to communicate these to clients
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and sales proposal preparation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
