Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Accra, Spintex. The Engineering Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target sales opportunities in the engineering and construction materials sector
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
  • Prepare comprehensive sales proposals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to align product offerings with market demands
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product development
  • Contribute to ongoing product development initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the engineering or construction materials industry
  • Understanding of technical product specifications and ability to communicate these to clients
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Demonstrated ability in preparing sales proposals
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
