Drill Mechanics at Mantrac Ghana LTD

About the Role

Mantrac Ghana LTD is hiring experienced Drill Mechanics to join our team in Accra. This is a full-time position within our Engineering division, working with heavy equipment and drill rigs.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum MVT/MET Part 1 certification
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on post-qualification experience with Earth Moving Heavy Equipment/Drill Rigs
• Valid Ghanaian driver's license (BE category)

Key Skills & Experience

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical literature
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding and usage of CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET) systems
• Experience in Caterpillar field service (advantageous)
• Excellent reading and writing skills

Working Conditions

• Prepared to work long hours and weekends
• Able to work in noisy and dirty environments
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
