Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple channels and play a crucial role in delivering excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins
• Schedule technicians and confirm appointments with customers
• Provide detailed service information on installations, cleaning, repairs, and current promotions
• Track customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Update and maintain accurate customer data in our system
• Promote discounts and loyalty offers to enhance customer retention

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent English communication skills (Twi or Ga language skills are a bonus)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center work (preferred)
• Friendly, patient, and solution-driven personality
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Genuine passion for serving people and contributing to our growth
