Cool Guy AC is one of Ghana's rising HVAC service companies, specializing in installation, servicing, repair, and customer comfort solutions for homes and offices. We are expanding our team and seeking energetic Customer Service personnel to join our growing organization.

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing customer inquiries, bookings, and service promotions across multiple channels. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our mission to become Ghana's leading air-conditioning service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins
• Schedule technicians and confirm appointments with customers
• Provide detailed service information on installations, cleaning, repairs, and ongoing promotions
• Track customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Address customer complaints with empathy and provide effective solutions
• Update and maintain accurate customer data in our system
• Promote discounts and loyalty offers to enhance customer retention

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent English communication skills (Twi or Ga language skills are a bonus)
• Friendly, patient, and solution-driven personality
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Social media proficiency (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles (preferred)
• Genuine passion for serving customers and helping build Ghana's #1 air-conditioning brand
