Cool Guy AC is one of Ghana's rising HVAC service companies, specializing in installation, servicing, repair, and customer comfort solutions for homes and offices. We are expanding our team and seeking energetic Customer Service personnel to handle customer inquiries, bookings, and promotions.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple channels and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins
• Schedule technicians and confirm appointments
• Provide service information on installations, cleaning, repairs, and promotions
• Track customer requests and ensure satisfaction
• Address complaints empathetically and professionally
• Update and maintain customer data
• Promote discounts and loyalty offers

Required Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles
• Excellent English communication skills (Twi or Ga is a bonus)
• Friendly, patient, and solution-driven personality
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Social media proficiency (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Passion for serving people and commitment to helping Cool Guy AC succeed
