## Title: Customer Service Advisor
About the Role
A leading credit company operating in the Greater Accra Region is seeking a customer-focused individual to help build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and company policies in a clear and helpful manner
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Explain product and service features, benefits, and relevant details to clients
- Establish rapport and foster positive interactions to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Gather customer data for analysis and service improvement
- Handle inquiries across multiple communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media
Required Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience working as a customer service officer (preferred)
- Age between 23 and 28 years
- Must reside in Accra
- In-depth knowledge of the micro-credit environment (preferred)
Required Skills
- Advanced mathematical skills to maintain accurate records and supervise organizational bookkeeping
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction on sensitive topics such as billing and payments
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining clear, accurate, and meticulous financial records
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records and invoices
- Multitasking ability
