## Title: Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

A leading credit company operating in the Greater Accra Region is seeking a customer-focused individual to help build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and company policies in a clear and helpful manner
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Explain product and service features, benefits, and relevant details to clients
  • Establish rapport and foster positive interactions to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
  • Gather customer data for analysis and service improvement
  • Handle inquiries across multiple communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media

Required Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience working as a customer service officer (preferred)
  • Age between 23 and 28 years
  • Must reside in Accra
  • In-depth knowledge of the micro-credit environment (preferred)

Required Skills

  • Advanced mathematical skills to maintain accurate records and supervise organizational bookkeeping
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction on sensitive topics such as billing and payments
  • Excellent organizational skills for maintaining clear, accurate, and meticulous financial records
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records and invoices
  • Multitasking ability
