## Title: Customer Relationship Executive
Job Summary
The successful candidate will join our Customer Experience department as a Customer Relationship Executive. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to all enterprise customers and managing key relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships between the company and enterprise customers by maintaining regular contact to ensure satisfaction
- Develop and amend policies and procedures that promote customer intimacy for enterprise customers
- Maintain a regular schedule of customer engagement activities through health checks, service reviews, and service camps
- Alert customers to new or improved products and services while developing strong relationships
- Administer surveys and collect data and feedback from customers on concerns and issues
- Assist in the development of customer retention programs for enterprise customers
- Ensure complaints and trouble reports from enterprise customers are fast-tracked and resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate bills are sent to enterprise customers on time
- Promote on-time bill payment from enterprise customers through appropriate collection activities
- Provide support to the B2B Sales team for upselling products to enterprise customers
- Prepare periodic and regular reports on enterprise customers to support decision-making
Required Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in any field, with emphasis on Marketing, Business Studies, or related fields
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or B2B corporate relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
