Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Credit & Recovery Officer responsible for the disbursement and recovery of debts, as well as managing client relationships and ensuring timely payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell company products to prospective clients
• Register and onboard new clients
• Recover outstanding debts and manage payment schedules
• Monitor customer payment history and account status
• Track customer complaint resolution and ensure service quality
• Coordinate with support departments to facilitate service delivery and implement growth strategies
• Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Higher qualifications
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in a related field
• Computer literacy (proficiency with office software required)
• Must reside in or near Kasoa, Dansoman, Madina, or Achimota
