Credit & Recovery Officer at Reputable Company

About the Role

We are seeking a professional Credit & Recovery Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the disbursement and recovery of debts while supporting our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell company products to prospective clients
• Register new clients and onboard them into our system
• Recover debts and manage outstanding accounts
• Monitor customer payment history and account status
• Track customer complaint resolution and follow-up
• Coordinate with support departments to ensure service delivery and implement growth strategies
• Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Higher qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
• Proficiency in computer literacy and relevant software
• Must reside in or near Kasoa, Dansoman, Madina, or Achimota
