## Title: Credit Manager

A reputable Rural Bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking qualified applicants to occupy the position of Credit Manager.

Develop, review, and update the bank's credit policies
Create credit scoring models to predict risks
Prepare and submit all credit reports as required by the Bank of Ghana and other regulatory and supervisory bodies, as well as the board and management
Maintain in-depth knowledge of credit issues, including classification of loans, aging analysis, and credit management
Efficiently work to maintain the regulatory benchmark of Non-Performing Loans at all times

Applicants must meet one of the following qualification criteria:

Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Agricultural Business with a minimum of 10 years of working experience in Rural Banking and 5 years in a similar position, OR
Master's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Credit Manager in a Rural Bank

In-depth knowledge of credit issues, including loan classification and aging analysis
Credit management expertise
Ability to develop and implement credit policies
Risk assessment and credit scoring model development
