## Title: Credit Manager

About the Position

Odotobri Rural Bank PLC, located in Jacobu, Amansie Central District, Ashanti Region, seeks to employ a Credit Manager. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare credit strategy for the bank
Make recommendations for review of lending policy
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports regarding key credit issues, exposures, and periodic credit review reports to the CEO
Prepare monthly credit reports and submit all loans reports to Credit Reference Bureaus
Register all securities in the collateral registry
Carry out regular credit facility reviews to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
Monitor all loans and report early warning signs to the Chief Executive Officer
Serve as Secretary to the management credit committee
Maintain minimum loan recovery rate of 98% on a monthly basis
Achieve monthly recovery rate of 5% for overdue loans

Required Qualifications

First degree in a related field
Acceptable professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CIMA, or project management certification
Master's degree in a related field (advantageous)
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position within the rural banking industry

Required Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong planning, quantitative, and analytical skills
Advanced computer literacy
Sound understanding of IFRS 9 credit impairment models
