## Title: Digital Business Coordinator

Position Overview

Support the commercialization and revenue growth of MTN Ghana's digital products and platforms. This includes executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, driving client engagement, managing partnerships, and supporting digital revenue initiatives such as SaaS solutions and mobile advertising. The role ensures that digital offerings generate measurable business value through sales, adoption, and financial performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute go-to-market plans for digital products and platforms, ensuring alignment with business and client needs
  • Engage directly with enterprise clients, agencies, and partners to promote and sell MTN's digital offerings
  • Track and report on revenue performance for assigned digital products, identifying trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure offerings are market-ready, priced competitively, and aligned with client use cases
  • Drive adoption of SaaS and digital solutions among business clients, supporting onboarding and after-sales engagement
  • Monitor market developments and competitor activity, feeding insights into commercialization and pricing strategies
  • Work with Growth and Marketing teams to develop digital commercialization initiatives
