Position Overview
MTN Ghana is seeking a Digital Business Coordinator to support the commercialization and revenue growth of our digital products and platforms. This role will execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, drive client engagement, manage partnerships, and support digital revenue initiatives such as SaaS solutions and mobile advertising. The Digital Business Coordinator will ensure that digital offerings generate measurable business value through sales, adoption, and financial performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute go-to-market plans for digital products and platforms, ensuring alignment with business and client needs
- Engage directly with enterprise clients, agencies, and partners to promote and sell MTN's digital offerings
- Track and report on revenue performance for assigned digital products, identifying trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure offerings are market-ready, priced competitively, and aligned with client use cases
- Drive adoption of SaaS and digital solutions among business clients, supporting onboarding and after-sales engagement
- Monitor market developments and competitor activity, feeding insights into commercialization and pricing strategies
- Work with Growth and Marketing teams to develop and implement digital commercialization initiatives
