## Title: College Secretary
About the Position
Wiawso College of Education is seeking a College Secretary to join our institution. The College Secretary serves as the head of the college secretariat and plays a crucial role in supporting the Principal with administrative and management functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Head the college secretariat and provide administrative support to the Principal
- Serve as secretary to the governing council, all committees of the council, and statutory committees of the college
- Ensure the effective functioning of all boards and standing committees of the college
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Good first degree from an accredited institution
- Postgraduate qualification in administration, management, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Deputy College Secretary in a college of education or comparable position in an analogous institution
