Job Summary

The CEO will act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the Board of Directors, maintaining commercial awareness of the market, industry, and customer base. The ideal candidate will provide leadership for all aspects of the company's operations with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment, with overall responsibility for day-to-day administration and operational activities.

• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality business strategies and plans aligned with short-term and long-term objectives
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure desired results and consistency with overall company strategy and mission
• Account to the Board of Directors and comply with all policies, directions, guidelines, and authority limits
• Keep the Company informed promptly of significant developments and decisions
