About the Position

XODUS Communication Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time role in Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure and close deals with clients
• Deliver presentations to prospects and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Create marketing content
• Prepare reports using Excel and other tools

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Technical knowledge and familiarity with technology sector
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
