## Title: Brands Manager – B2B, AT Money & Customer Experience

Job Summary

The successful candidate will join our Marketing Department as a Brands Manager for B2B, AT Money, and Customer Experience. Reporting to the Head of Brands Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing Above-the-Line (ATL), Below-the-Line (BTL), and Digital advertising strategies. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Product Managers, Functional Heads, and Advertising Agencies to drive brand visibility and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end execution plans for all marketing campaigns in collaboration with agencies, targeting the appropriate audience segments (Enterprise, Prepaid customers, and other defined segments)
  • Manage communications processes for core business segments from briefing through execution and post-campaign evaluation
  • Ensure all marketing assets align with AT brand guidelines and equity objectives
  • Drive visibility and market presence for AT to achieve both market and revenue growth targets
  • Support achievement of key brand performance indicators (KPIs) including Top-of-Mind Awareness (TOMA), Brand Consideration, and Brand Preference
  • Partner with Customer Value Management (CVM) and Digital teams to develop timely marketing campaigns that improve customer loyalty and repeat purchases
  • Manage the Prepaid products portfolio
  • Ensure all B2B, AT Money, and Customer Experience campaigns comply with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders, PR, Trade, B2B, AT Money, and Customer Experience teams to maintain consistency in messaging across all channels
  • Develop and oversee Trade Visibility materials while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
  • Work with Media and Resource teams to optimize campaign effectiveness
