Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of performance reports on a periodic basis for the organization
• Lead and collate inputs from different systems or place requests with different stakeholders to gather raw information required for performance analysis
• Lead in the data gathering of non-financial information and load the data into the ERP to aid analysis and decision support
• Validate accuracy of information provided prior to commencement of analysis (basic reconciliations such as trend analysis and variance analysis)
• Populate variance analysis reports with both financial and non-financial information for month-end review and commentary support
• Liaise with different stakeholders and business partners to discuss performance results, determine root cause for deviations, and share recommendations with line manager
• Prepare initial drafts of reports on agreed metrics as per defined performance analysis schedule/calendar
• Submit initial drafts of analysis for approval and validation with Line Manager (as per defined delegation of authority)
• Analyse results to determine business performance
• Obtain and consolidate responses from relevant stakeholders based on the report being produced
• Coordinate actions from month-end review engagements for manager review
