Key Responsibilities

• Booking and issuing air tickets
• Processing cruise and car rental reservations
• Managing customer inquiries and providing travel solutions

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in booking and issuing air tickets, cruises, and car rentals
• Strong computer proficiency and interpersonal communication skills
• Hands-on experience with GDS platforms (Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, and Web GDS)
• Bilingual capabilities – French language skills preferred
