## Title: Administrative Assistant - Procurement
Position Overview
Ghana Baptist University College invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Administrative Assistant in charge of Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop work plans and support systems for managing procurement functions of the University College
- Develop new administrative purchasing, stores, and clerical procedures to maintain store operations
- Provide leadership in stock-taking and coordinate all stock auditing activities
- Develop systems to track and monitor the movement of goods to other departments of the University College
- Develop stock disposal plans for review and ensure compliance with approved policies
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Procurement and Supply Chain, or Logistics and Supply Chain
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Working experience in a tertiary institution is an advantage
