Key Responsibilities

Oversee student affairs and academic support services
Enforce behavioral and academic standards
Lead orientation and welfare programs
Manage crisis response and youth protection initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
8–10+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of educational quality assurance and student services
