Position Overview
Join our Services EMEA team as a Workshop Manager to help us take our business operations to the next level. You will be responsible for managing workshop facilities, leading operations teams, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshop facilities and infrastructure to ensure all premises comply with prevailing legislation and maintain the building fabric in good order, with modifications and developments as necessary
- Manage the Operations team and coordinate tasking to meet key performance metrics identified in the Annual Business Plan
- Establish performance objectives and appropriate measures for all workshop staff aligned with overall business objectives, including utilization, tender cycle time, monthly output expectations, task completion targets, and quality standards
- Liaise regularly with the MD and HSEQ to ensure that hazards within the workshop are appropriately identified and mitigated, with business operations conducted in a safe manner
- Act as the ultimate owner of all Workshop Procedures, ensuring these are reviewed and remain relevant for day-to-day workshop operations and training requirements
- Identify areas of improvement to reduce costs to the company while maintaining quality of service and product
