The University of Ghana invites applications from suitably qualified employees for appointment as Valuation and Estate Surveyors within the Estate Management Division, Physical Development and Municipal Services Directorate (PDMSD).

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Deputy Director, Estate Management Division, PDMSD

About the Role

The Estate Management Division, under the PDMSD, oversees the management of the University's real estate assets, ensuring their optimal use and providing professional advice on property-related matters.

In this role, you will assess the value of properties, manage leases, oversee land transactions, and advise on estate development. You will coordinate the process of procuring, managing, and delivering property improvement projects across the University, and administer and manage land portfolios across multiple regions while working with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure assignments are delivered to high expectations.

Required Qualifications and Experience
