Position Overview
The University of Ghana invites applications from suitably qualified employees for appointment as Valuation and Estate Surveyor in the Estate Management Division, Physical Development and Municipal Services Directorate (PDMSD).
Reporting To
Deputy Director, Estate Management Division, PDMSD
About the Role
The Estate Management and Maintenance Division oversees the management of the University's real estate assets, ensuring their optimal use and providing professional advice on property-related matters. This position involves assessing the value of properties, managing leases, overseeing land transactions, and advising on estate development. The role includes coordinating property improvement projects across the University and administering land portfolios across multiple regions while collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to deliver assignments to high expectations.
