Job Summary

The Tennis Coach will provide professional training to a corporate team of five members, including senior executives. The role focuses on improving fitness, coordination, tennis skills, and teamwork through structured, enjoyable sessions aligned with the company's schedule.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, disciplined, and capable of delivering consistent, high-quality training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tennis training sessions 5 times per week from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• Adapt coaching methods to suit different skill levels, ensuring progress for both beginners and advanced players
• Foster a safe, engaging, and motivating environment during training
• Provide individual and group feedback to enhance performance and encourage continuous improvement
• Ensure punctuality, discipline, and consistency in training delivery
• Maintain professionalism when training executives and staff members
• Monitor player progress and suggest training adjustments as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Tennis Coach (individual or group training)
• Ability to train both beginners and intermediate players
• Strong sense of discipline, reliability, and punctuality
• Physically fit, with the ability to demonstrate techniques effectively
• Professional, approachable, and adaptable to working with corporate clients
• Own transportation to and from company premises required
